2. Freelancer Services:

2.1 Service Engagement: The Website provides a platform for clients to engage the services of freelancers. Freelancers are independent contractors and NOT employees of Moservis.com. Any engagement, contract, or agreement made between a client and a freelancer is solely between them. Moservis.com does not participate in or have any control over the services provided by freelancers, and we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of the services.

2.2 Payment: Clients are responsible for the payment of agreed-upon fees to freelancers for the services rendered. Moservis.com may facilitate the payment process through third-party payment processors, but we do not hold or manage the funds. Any payment disputes or issues should be resolved directly between the client and the freelancer.

2.3 Feedback and Ratings: Users may provide feedback and ratings based on their experience with freelancers. You agree that any feedback or rating you provide will be accurate and truthful. Moservis.com reserves the right to moderate and remove any feedback or rating that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.3 Sellers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their services.

Orders are the formal agreements between a Buyer and Seller after a purchase was made from the Seller’s Gig Page.

STRICT PROHIBITIONS

Our platform strictly prohibits the provision, promotion, or solicitation of any sexual services or explicit adult content. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these guidelines, as they are in place to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

Prohibited Services: Any services or activities of a sexual nature, including but not limited to escort services, adult entertainment, pornography, or any form of explicit content, are strictly prohibited on our platform. Users found engaging in or promoting such services will face immediate suspension or termination of their accounts.
2. Content Guidelines: Users are responsible for the content they post, share, or upload on our platform. Rules & Regulations

• Service providers create service listings on Moservis to allow Buyers or service searchers to purchase their services.
• The Seller’s rating is calculated based on the order reviews posted by Buyers. High ratings allow Sellers to obtain advanced Seller levels (see Levels below). In certain cases, exceedingly low ratings may lead to the suspension of the Seller’s account.
• For security concerns, Moservis may temporarily disable a Service provider’s Moservis profile to prevent fraudulent or illicit activity. This may come as a result of security issues, improper behavior reported by other users.
• Service providers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their services.
